摘要
本文阐述了在大型污水池的施工和质量控制中对厚度大、面积大、高度大、长度超长、技术要求高的混凝土 ,采取从原材料到泵送施工的质量控制措施 ,通过使用JM -Ⅲ型抗裂混凝土增强剂解决水化热大、温差大、干缩大问题 ,使之达到设计强度抗渗要求、长时期不裂。
This article tries to state the quality control measures should be taken from raw materials to pumped constraction for the concrete of high quality,high thickness,large arca and overstepped tergth.In order to make it achieve the grade of desiged strength and anti seepage,without any cracking for a long period,the problems of high hydration heat large temperature difference,great drying shrinkage should be solved by using JM Ⅲ anticrack concrete reinforcing agent. 〔
