摘要
阐述了重力铸造条件下 ,灰铸铁件浇冒系统设计目前所常用的手册和资料存在的一些不足或非优化问题 ,简单介绍和评述了灰铸铁件的有效浇注时间、浇注系统最小截面积以及金属液的进液方式、冒口的数量和位置。
This article points out several nonoptimized problems an d insufficiency about pouring and riser systems design of gray iron castings in generally used manuals and materials. It simply introduces and comments on the o ptimized design and computing formats of the castings' effective pouring time, m inimal section area of the pouring system as well as the flowing style of molten metal, the number, location and type of risers.
