摘要
针对提高散斑测量精度，简化测量方法，本文提出了激光散斑双片叠加测量法，用此方法成功地测量了固体的线膨胀系数。
Method of double speckle pictures of laser is presented i n this paper for improving precision of speckle measurement and simpli fying way . Solid dilatation successfully is measured by use of this m ethod.
