摘要
给出了基于Z向离散化的数控铣床加工仿真的实现方法。通过对离散后的数据结构进行布尔运算来显示工件加工成型过程 ,对三维图形进行消隐和光照处理使加工仿真更具有真实感 ,并在此基础上实现了三轴联动机床的真实性仿真运动。
One approach for NC milling simulation based on z-oriented disassembly is presented. This method is used to display the molding process of workpiece by Boolean operation of disassembled data structure, and the more realistic simulation is due to lighting added to it, what is more, the realistic simulation movement of 3-axis tool machine is attained.
