摘要
对济钢第一炼钢厂4号铸机快速更换台(QC台)进行改造,减小万向连接轴的传动倾角,并进行参数校核计算。实践证明,此项改造优化了QC台传动系统、减少故障、提高铸机作业率。
The quick-change system of No.4 caster at No.l Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co. has been modernized. The driving oblique angle of universal linked shaft is reduced and the parameters are calculated. It has been proved that the quick-change system is optimized, the emergency is described and the productivity is improved.
