摘要
利用Sevag法脱游离蛋白、乙醇沉淀、二次透析等手段得到了初步纯化的茶叶粗多糖,该粗多糖经SephadexG100凝胶柱层析纯化,0.1mol/LNaCl洗脱,获得一较大组分,命名为TGP,通过凝胶渗透法测定其平均分子量为6×104道尔顿。
In this paper, coarse tea polysaccharides were preliminarily purified by means of Sevag deprotein, ethanol precipitation, two times dialysis etc. A large component, nominated TGP, was fractionated from the polysaccharides by Sephadex G100 gel column chromatography, eluted by 0.1mol/L NaCl. The average molecular weight was determined to be 6.0× 104 Dol by gel permeation chromatography.
