摘要
基于微特电机在军事和民用现代化装备及控制中的广泛应用 ,综合叙述了微特电机的最新发展、分类和特性以及超声波电机的异军突起 .论述了超声波电机的原理、控制方式及特性 ,并展望了超声波电机的发展前景 .
Micro and special electric machines have been widely used in automatic eqiupment and control system of military and civil application. In this paper, the new development, classification and the characteristics of micro and special machines and the emergence of ultrasonic motor are synthetically discussed.The prospect of ultrasonic motor is also made.
