摘要
简述了保健油脂的基本功能和概念 ,并对降脂营养保健油的制备工艺、所选药食同源中药材的药理功效及最终实验结果进行了分析和讨论。
The main functions concept of health edible oil was introduced in this paper.The preparation of fat reducing nutritious oil and pharmacological functions of the chosen Chinese medicine materials in the experiment,which can be used as medicines and at the same time are traditional Chinese foods,were studied,and the results of the preparation experiment and the function test of the oil were also discussed in the paper.
