摘要
为了验证利用超临界CO2 作为从油脂脱臭馏出物中分离生育酚的可行性 ,本研究采用一套气液相可交替循环的测定装置对油酸甲酯—CO2 、生育酚—CO2 体系进行了相平衡数据的测定 ,并据此进行了油酸甲酯、生育酚在超临界CO2 中溶解度、分配系数的计算及分析 ,为超临界CO2 萃馏装置的设计与过程的实现积累必要的基础数据。
In an investigation of the possibility of extracti and fractionating tocopherol from oil deodorizer distillates using supercritical carbon dioxide,the date about phase equilibria of the binary system,tocopherol carbon dioxide and methyl oleate carbon dioxide were measured at 313.15 K~333 15 K and 10 MPa~20 MPa,using a self made experimental equipment,the data were analyzed from two aspects,solubility and distribution coefficient,a preliminary conclusion can be drew,it is possible to be separated from oil deodorizer distillates under 20 MPa using supercritical carbon dioxide.
