摘要
文章分析了网络经济条件下财务信息需求与供给的动机、内容和制约因素，指出供求之间必然存在的矛盾，并就如何协调的问题展开了讨论。
The author of this paper analyses the motivation, content and restrictive factor of demanding and supplying offinancial information in the period of internet economy. The author points out the conflicts between the two aspects. The wayto solve this problem is discussed in the paper.
