山东淄博钴厂以硫酸为中心产品,开展了资源的综合利用。其特点是产品之间互为原料,互相依存,共同发展。用硫铁矿生产硫酸,渣灰生产氧化铁红;酸化焙烧钴硫精矿配气制硫酸,矿渣制硫化钴、氧化钴、金属钴及系列钴盐,并提取矿渣中的有价金属;氧化铁红和硫酸生产的尾气制亚铵。对全厂的污水集中处理,使水重复利用。
The comprehensive utilization of resource in Zibo Cobalt Plant was centredon sulphuric acid production which in turn radiated various relative products, every one serving as an end product and a starting material at the same time to promote an overall development. Sulphuric acid was produced from pyrtte to discharge cinder for production of red iron oxide, and also from acidizing roasting of cobalt py.rite concentrate to leave cinder for extraction of cobaltous sulphide and oxide, metal cobalt and cobaltic salts. The off-gases from iron oxide and sulphuric acid production were used to p-oduce ammonium sulphite and the sewage within plant was treated together and recycled.
