摘要
目的 :评定中学生生活事件发生频率 ,探讨生活事件应激强度与焦虑、抑郁症状的关系。方法 :运用自编的“中学生生活事件评定表”评定 10 36名某国家大型企业子弟中学学生一年来生活事件发生率和生活事件应激强度 :运用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定焦虑和抑郁症状。结果 :2 0项生活事件发生率 1.2 %～ 19.2 % ,生活事件强度无显著性差异。焦虑和抑郁症状检出率分别为 11.87%和 16 .6 0 % ,有抑郁症状的中学生的学习与学校生活、人际关系、家庭环境、性生理与性心理四个维度生活事件应激强度分显著高于对照组 ,有焦虑症状的中学生人际关系、家庭环境两个维度生活事件应激强度分显著高于对照组。结论 :中学生紧张性生活事件应激与焦虑。
Objective: To investigate the incidence and stress incidence and stress intensity of life events to anxiety and depression symptoms in middle school students. Method : A total of 1063 middle school students (579 males and 457 females) from the middle school affiliated Tongling Vehicle Factory, a large-scale state enterprise , completed a questionnaire composed of 20 items of life events involving four domains, learning and school life , personal relationship, family circumstance, and sexual physical and psychological problems. The anxiety and depression symptoms were rated by using Zung'self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Zung's self-rating depression scale (SDS). Results: The incidence of life events in previous year was 1.2-19.2%. The mean scales of stress intensity of life events were no significant differences between males and females. Prevalence of anxiety and depression symptoms was 16.87% and 11.60% respectively. The mean scales of stress intensity of learning and school life, personal relationship, family depression symptoms were significantly higher than that in controls. The mean scales of stress intensity of personal relationship, family circumstances were significantly higher in the students rated anxiety symptoms than that in the controls. Conclusion: The relationship between stress intensity of life events and anxiety and depression symptoms in middle school students should be paid attention to in the practice of school health care.
