摘要
科学技术发展定律不应该表述为“在相对难度一定的条件下 ,科学技术成果的水平与绝对难度成正比 ,成果时距与绝对难度成反比 ;在绝对难度一定的条件下 ,科学技术成果的水平与相对难度成反比 ,成果时距与相对难度成正比” ,而应该表述为“科学技术在发展中 ,绝对难度(n)越来越大 ,相对难度 (m)越来越小 ,成果 (Q)水平 (p)越来越高 ,成果时距 (s)越来越短”。
It does not follow that the law of development of science and technology should be represented as 'If the degree of relative difficulty is certain, the level of the result of science and technology will be directly proportional to the degree of absolute difficulty while the span of the result will be inversely proportional to it; if the degree of absolute difficulty is certain, the level of the result of science and technology will be inversely proportional to the degree of relative difficulty while the span of the result will be directly proportional to the degree of relative difficulty.' Hence, an appropriate representation of the law should be 'In the course of development of science and technology, the greater the degree of absolute difficulty(n), the less the degree of relative difficulty(m), the higher the level(p) of the result(Q), the shorter the span of the result(s).
