摘要
目的 应用动态比浊法鲎试验定量测定潘南金注射液中的细菌内毒素含量。方法 通过对样品中定量添加标准内毒素的干扰试验 ,检测其回收率在 5 0 %～ 2 0 0 %范围。结果 样品原液对鲎试验无干扰作用。结论 应用动态比浊法鲎试验可以高效地测定样品中的细菌内毒素含量。
OBJECTIVE: To measure the endotoxin quantitatively in panangin injection by the kinetic turbidimetric limulus test. METHODS: The validation was investigated, when the amount of endotoxin spiked in panangin injection sample were recovered within the range of 50% ∼ 200 %. RESULTS: Panangin injection did not interference in limulus test. CONCLUSION: The kinetic turbidimetric limulus test provided a new way to detect the endotoxin in panangin injection.
