摘要 用高效毛细管电泳 (HPCE)和高效液相色谱 (HPL C)两种方法 ,对青霉素 V的发酵过程及提炼过程进行了跟踪检测 ,找到了青霉素 V及相关物质的变化规律 ,为实际生产中发酵效价和提炼收率的提高 。 By high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), penicillin V and related substances were analysed and determinated in the process of fermentation and extraction. The changing of profiles penicillin V and related substances in the process was elucidated. The result is useful in monitoring and also the process control for increasing the productivity of fermentation and recovery rate of extraction.
