摘要
以丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯等为基料 ,在过硫酸铵、过氧化苯甲酰存在下 ,以水或醇作溶剂进行聚合 ,然后加入聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸胺、醋酸乙烯等进行改性 ,合成了几种不同的水溶性丙烯酸改性树脂 .将上述树脂加入颜料、消泡剂、分散剂等 ,制成水性油墨 ,经测定其成膜性、耐磨性、耐水性等性能均达到了水墨在印刷上所要求的标准 .
Water-soluble resins is prepared and reformed by polymerization of acrylic,ester acrylate with epoxide resin, ethylene ester acetate,polyethylenol etc in the presence of initiator and in the water or alcohol as a solvent. The resin possesses excellent character ,e.g. good stability,anti acidity,anti rub,anti water,endurance, etc. When the resin used in preparation of water-soluble ink, it can reach printing of standard to PE film.
