Study on Technique of Preparation Non-Ball Grindery Red Phosphor Powder Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+) with Oxalic Acid Precipitation Method

摘要 报道了草酸作为沉淀剂并添加表面活性剂合成了不球磨Y2 O3 :Eu3 + 的方法 ,其D50 =0 .5 3 μm。粉体细且分布均匀。与微米晶比较该纳米晶的发射光谱发生明显蓝移 ,色座标符合荧光粉要求。 Non-ball grindery Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ was synthesized with Oxalic acid as precipitate agent while adding a little surfactant. The particle diameter was 0.53μm. The power was fine and even distributing. Compared with the ordinary powder of Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ , Emission spectrum of Nano-Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ exists the blue-shift. The chromatic coordinate of product accords with the phosphor.
