摘要
本文着重从监理机构、监理人员素质及监理计划与实施等监理理论与方法入手 ,探讨在工程实际中的运用。
The application of the fundamental theory and method of construction supervision in actual projects are hereby approached, focusing on and proceeding from supervision institution, competence and quality of supervision personnel, supervision plan & execution etc.
