摘要
研究了双歧杆菌微胶囊的制备条件 ,以ESMⅡ为囊材 ,以 95 %的乙醇为囊材溶剂 ,提高了微胶囊的安全性 .确定了ESMⅡ的最佳浓度为 8% ,并进一步确定了复合囊材中所添加辅料的浓度和操作条件 .在此条件下制备的双歧联菌株微胶囊具有良好的耐酸性和肠溶性 .
In this paper, the preparation condition of associated Bifidobacterium microcapsules was systematically studied: the safety of Bifidobacterium microcapsules was improved with ESMⅡ and 95% ethanol as the encapsulant and solvent respectively. The optimum concentration of ESMⅡ was 8%. Other operating conditions were determined as well as the concentration of adjuvants. Under this optimum condition the Bifidobacterium microcapsules with good acid_resisting ability and enteric_lysis were obtained.
