静态磁光记录温度场的模拟

摘要 讨论磁光静态记录过程中单层膜与多层膜在激光照射微区内温度场的分布 ,导出多层膜在激光照射下温度变化的解析表达式。由此模拟出局域瞬态温度场 ,在理论上确定了TbFeCo记录材料的成畴大小和形状。这对磁光薄膜宽温化、表面温度特性和磁光记录畴表面形貌分析等具有重要的实际意义。 The temperature distribution in the tiny zone irradiated by laser beam in single layer film and multi layer film during magneto optical static recording process is discussed and the resolution expression of temperature variation in multi layer film under the irradiation of laser beam is deduced. The field of instantaneous temperature is simulated, the size of written domains of TbFeCo material calculated, and the domain shape estimated. The simulation is very useful for widening the temperature and analyzing the surface temperatures characteristics and surface shape of magneto optical film.
