摘要 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,研究了离子注入、SSC浸泡、DNA溶液浸泡和经离子注入转大豆DNA的小麦种子萌发 10 d后 ,幼叶中 SDH、G6 PD、α- Amy3种同工酶的变化 ,结果表明 :各处理均可引起小麦幼叶中G6 PD、SDH、α- Am y酶带与酶活性的变化 ;DNA片段比全长 The wheat seeds which have budded for ten days were treated by using some methods, including: ion implantation, 0.1×SSC soaking, DNA solution soaking and introducing soybean DNA into wheat seeds by ion implantation. Detecting the variety of G6PD, SDH and α-Amy in the wheat leaves by PAGE methed. The results show: All the treatments can cause the enzyme bands and activity variety of the three kinds of isozymes. DNA fragments have larger influence to the three kinds of isozymes than the full-length DNA.
