摘要
本文分析R/Th与多普勒左室舒张功能参数的相关性,结果示R/Th与Ev、EDC及Ev/Av相关良好,由于左室扩大组可显示出正常的舒张功能,故用D-UCG方法评价左室扩张患者的舒张功能时应慎重,而R/Th既反应了心肌僵硬度又反映了腔室僵硬度,可以作为心肌总僵硬度异常的一个指标。
In order to explore the relation between Doppler LV filling parameters and the radius/thickness ratio (R/Th) by 2-dimensionally guided M-mode, study was performed in 19 patients with LV dilatation and 5 patients with both LV hypertrophy and dilatation. The results showed that Ev, EDC and Ev/Av correlated significantly with R/Th (r=0.375, 0.552, 0.542, respectively, P<0.01). Compared with LV hypertrophy, LV dilatation have retatively normal LV filling parameters. Thus, LV diastotic function is not reflected by Doppler in LV dilatation. R/Th may be a reliable index to evaluate chamber and myocardial stiffness.
