将雄性Wistar鼠 (体重 1 80± 1 0g)随机分为正常对照组 (NC)、实验对照组 (EC)和两个实验组 (E1、E2 ) ,其中NC、EC组饮用普通水 ,E1、E2组饮用水中分别含有苦瓜皂甙 1 0 0mg·L 1和 2 0 0mg·L 1。饲养五周后 ,后三组动物禁食 2 4h后取血待测 ;取血完毕即开始进食 ,2 4h后再次取血待测。一周后杀死动物取肌肉、肝脏标本检测糖原水平。结果显示苦瓜皂甙虽不影响禁食大鼠血浆胰岛素含量 ,却可明显升高血糖和皮质醇水平 ;显著降低进食后大鼠血糖和胆固醇水平 ,并维持适度的皮质醇水平。
Male Wistar rats, weight from 170 to 190 grams, were divided into normal control group(NC), experimental control group(EC), experimental group 1 and 2 (E1 and E2). Two control groups were allowed to drank tap water, E1 and E2 were supplied with tap water containing 100 mgL 1 and 200 mgL 1 Momordica saponins respectively. After 5 weeks, plasma from the last three groups fasted for 24hrs were collected. Ther the rats were fed again and drawn plasma at postprandial 24 hr. Samples of muscle and liver were got after one week. Results: Momordica saponins could not affect the level of plasma insulin, but increase levels of glucose and cortisone significantly in fasting rats. And levels of plasma glucose and cholestrol were decreased obviously in two experimental groups postprandial. At the same time, Momordica saponins could raise the level of glycogen in muscle and liver in some extent.
