摘要
目的 :观察PLGA膜包裹的羟基磷灰石球在兔眼眶血管化的情况 ,探讨Poly (lactide co glycolideacide 75 / 2 5 ,简称PLGA)膜作为多孔羟基磷灰石球 (CHA)包裹材料的可行性。方法 :8只日本大耳兔分成 4组 ,每组 2只 ,分别对其右眼行眼球摘除术后 ,将以PLGA膜包裹的CHA植入眼眶肌锥腔内 ,分别于术后 4、8、12、2 4周将 2只球体取出作病理检查。结果 :球结膜切口均甲级愈合 ,球体周围被结缔组织包裹紧密 ,且球体植入的时间越长 ,长入球体孔隙内的纤维血管组织越多 ;PLGA膜 8周左右大部降解 ,其间未出现感染、球结膜裂开、球体脱出等并发症。结论 :PLGA膜是一种可接受的CHA包裹材料 ,可减少对异体巩膜的需求 ,消除感染传染性疾病的潜在风险。
Objective: To observe host fibrovascularization of hydroxyapatite orbital implants wraped in PLGA[75/25 poly (lactide-co-glycolide)] membrane in a rabbit model and evaluate its feasibility. Methods: Eight rabbits had right eye enucleated and then received a 12-mm hydroxyapatite implant wrapped in PLGA membrane. Two animals were killed at 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks respectively after implantation, and the implant was removed for histopathological examination. Results: The conjunctival wound and muscular tissue were adherent firmly to the PLGA membrane or the hydroxyapatite orbital implant. The degree of fibrovascularization was substantial in all the specimens , and the longer was the period, the greater appeared the degree of fibrovascularization. PLGA membrane was absorbed at 8 weeks after implantation. There were no postoperative infection, no exposure and exclusure of implants. Conclusion: Host fibrovascularization of PLGA-membrane-wraped hydroxyapatite implants in the rabbit appeared to be the same as that of donor sclera-wraped ones. PLGA membrane is an acceptable alternative wrap for the hydroxyapatite implant, eliminating the need for donor sclera and the potential risks of transmissible diseases involved in using donor tissue.
