摘要
采用半椎体切除结合体位治疗16例婴幼儿先天性单一半椎体,其中半椎体位于胸椎者9例,腰椎者7例。术后除1例死于急性肺水肿外,余15例脊柱的生长和活动功能正常。主张对先天性单一半椎体早期采用半椎体切除,不需常规行脊柱后路融合。对半椎体的发生、分型及合并畸形进行了讨论。
The successful treatmental results of 16 cases of congenital single hemivertebra operated by cutting hemivertebra combined with posture treatment was reported.Authors believe that congenital single hemivertebra should be cut early without routine posteriorly spinal fusion. The pathgenesis,classification,and associated malformations were also discussed in the pa- per.
