摘要
本文对40例在X线电视下经纤维结肠镜插管阑尾造影作了初步探讨。介绍了检查方法,描述了正常阑尾表现,对慢性阑尾炎形态进行综合分析并将其分为三型:①僵直型;②串珠型;③团块型。文章认为该检查方法是一种诊断慢性阑尾炎的新方法。尤其对X 线常规钡剂检查阑尾未显示者;阑尾切除后右下腹痛需排除残端阑尾炎者;右下腹痛需作鉴别诊断者很有实用价值。
