摘要
针对早期研制的锄草机在使用中伤苗严重 ,苗间草锄不净以及化学除草对环境造成严重污染 ,对其他动、植物带来危害等诸多问题 ,研究了一种新型中耕梳苗机械 .该机以偏心弹性梳齿为主要工作部件 ,利用作物根系与杂草根系发育差异大的特性 ,通过对作物的定期梳理 ,达到锄草的目的 ,同时根据需要定期中耕 .文中就该机的总体设计、传动机构、梳齿结构尺寸及其运动规律等进行了论述和理论分析 。
The problems which exist in former designed uproot machines, such as injuring seeding, incompletely eliminating of weed, polluting, and injuring plants and animals, are discussed and a new kind of cultivation uproot machine is designed in this paper. An offcenter comb is used as it's main component. Weed is pulled out through teasing crop at the fixed date, according to the different growth properties between crop and weeds. At the same time middle cultivation was operated according to the demand. The overall design, transmitted framework, frame and size of the offcenter comb are discussed and their working quality is analyzed theoretically.
