摘要
研究了射极输出器动态指标在实验测试中出现违反理论的现象 ,找出了问题存在的根源和解决办法 ,即用高内阻 ( 1 0MΩ)双踪示波器结合电压毫伏表及一个 1MΩ电阻 ,可获得较好的效果 .
An experimental phenomenon of dynamic target test of emitter follower which is different to the theory is studied.The root of the problem is found out and the settlement is put forward,that is by combining a double-trace oscilloscope of high intemal resistance (10 MΩ) with a volt-milliaperemter and a resistance (1 MΩ), the measurement of high precision is obtained.
