摘要
用近代非线性动力学理论分析了纺纱锭子的复杂运动 .用数值方法得到系统在某些参数区域内的轴心轨迹图 ,Poincare映射图和频谱图 .讨论了纺纱张力对纺纱锭子动态特性的影响 .分析结果为改善纺纱锭子的稳定运行状态提供了理论依据。
Modern nonlinear dynamical system theory is used to analyze the complex motions of a ring spinning spindle.In some typical parameter regions the orbit diagrams of axle center the Poincare maps and the frequency spectrums of the system are acquired with numerical integral method.The effects of the spinning tension on dynamic behavior of ring spinning spindle are discussed.In this paper the analysis result provides the theoretical bases for qualitatively controlling the stable operating state of the ring spinning spindles.
