摘要 介绍了频率合成技术的基本原理及发展趋势 ,阐述了由单片机、定时计数器和集成锁相环组成的数字程控锁相电路 ,提出了基于单片机的锁相程控频率合成技术应用于铷频标的方案。通过对铷频标量子系统激励信号频率带宽的在线调节 。 The development trend and fundamental principle of frequency synthesis technique was introduced It was expounded that the digital program-controlled phase locking circuit composed of monolithic computer?timing counter and integrated phase locking unit The scheme of applying phase locking program-controlled frequency synthesis technique in view of monolithic computer to rubidium frequency standard was presented By the online adjust of exciting signal frequency bandwidth of rubidium frequency standard quantum system.It would be eliminated that rubidium atom frequency standard stability caused by modulation bandwidth
