摘要
用膜乳化法制备了单分散 O/W乳状液 ,讨论了乳化剂的种类与浓度对粒子界面状态的影响。当乳化剂的浓度增加时 ,乳化剂分子组成的粒子界面水合层变厚 ,粒子间距离变大。沉降速度减慢。粒子间距离除了水合层 ,还受乳液粒子界面电位的影响。
A monodispersed emulsion of O/W oil-aqueous system was prepared with membrane emulsification technique .Effect of types and concentrations of emulsifier on inteface condition of particle was discussed .Hydration layer formed on the particle surface by the molecule of emulsifier thickened,the interparticle distance broadened and the rate of precipitation slowed down when the concentration of emulsifier increased. In addition ,the interparticle distance was also subject to the interface potential of emulsion particle.
