摘要
针对集装箱多式联运运输方式下港口合理布局的问题 ,研究并提出了 Hub and Spoke运输模式下港口布局的数学模型 ;对于该模型的非线性优化问题 ,引入了人工神经网络方法求解 ;以辽宁省地区的沿海港口为例进行了计算 ,并显示出合理的计算结果 .
An optimization based approach is developed for container port planning problem. A mathematical model of port planning for multi model container transportation network is formulated. Ports are considered as nodes of multimodal transportation network. The container transport cost formulation by railway, highway, and waterway is also included. This network design problem involves determination of the route structure (for shipping flows between nodes) and the hub locations that minimize the total cost. A formulation and solution method based on Continuous Hopfield Neural Network is proposed to solve such a nonlinear optimization problem. Finally, in a real world study on 11 cities in Liaoning Province, the above method is tested.
