摘要
本文从历史的、自然的角度论述了内蒙古干旱、半干旱地区的成因、现状及存在问题 ,并提出了相应的生态环境建设对策。指出内蒙古生态环境存在问题是生态环境严重破坏、植被大面积退化、生物多样性严重受损 ;相应的建设对策为实行退耕还林还草、协调乡镇企业与资源利用的关系、合理规划草畜结构。
It is stated in natural and historical aspects the reasons of formation,present situations and problems of arid and semiarid lands in Inner Mongolia,and advanced the corresponding strategies on eco-environment.It is pointed that the problems of eco-environment in Inner Mongolia are that eco-environment is seriously destroyed,that vegetation is deteriorated in the large of areas,and that biological diversity is severely damaged;the corresponding strategies on eco-environment are changing cultivated lands for forests and grasslands,harmonizing relations between enterprises in villages and towns and resources utilization,reasonably planning the structure of grasslands and livestock,achieving the recovery of vegetation as soon as possible.\;
