摘要
分析了用数字示波器测量脉冲幅度带来的测量误差，给出了计算相对误差的公式，对测量中产生的超差现象和异常现象的原因进行了分析。
Measurement errors brought measuring the pulse amplitude by using the digital oscilloscope are analysed. Formulae of countable relative error are given, and overproof phenomenon and anomalous phenomenon cause at the appearance of measurement are analysed in this paper.
