摘要
通过对发达国家与我国政府采取的扶植中小企业技术创新的政策措施的比较研究 。
This paper puts forward some policy proposals for the Chinese government in fostering the small and medium sized enterprises (SME) in technological innovation. By using the comparative study method, the government policies regarding technological innovation in developed countries and China are studied.
