摘要
研究了环氧树脂/咪唑衍生物体系的固化反应特征、贮存期和粘接性能,以及胶层厚度对剪 切强度的影响。结果表明,咪唑衍生物潜伏固化剂与环氧树脂配合后有良好的潜伏性和粘接 性能,贮存期达3个月以上,可在120 ℃/30 min条件下迅速固化。在该体系中加入橡胶增韧 剂,可提高胶接强度,剪切强度随胶层厚度的增加而降低。
The characteristics of curing reaction adhesive properties, storage life and the effect of adhesive layer thickness on shear strength of epoxy resin/imidazole derivate curing system were investigated. It was shown that the curing system was good in adhesion and could cure rapidly under 120℃ /30 min condition. The storage life could be at least 3 months. It also showed that the shear strength decreased as the layer thickness increasing.
