摘要
目的 总结儿童母细胞瘤的临床病理特点及诊断体会。方法 对 4 0例儿童母细胞瘤进行组织学观察。结果 儿童母细胞瘤占同期儿童恶性肿瘤的 2 6.7% ,其组织病理学各具特点 ,但在未分化阶段均为小细胞恶性肿瘤。结论 儿童母细胞瘤是儿童期较常见的恶性肿瘤 。
Objective To summary the clinicopathological characteri zation and diagnostic experience of children's blastoma. Methods 40 cases of children's bl astoma were observed histopathologically. Results The inciden ce of children's bl astoma were 26.7 percent in children's malignant tumors during the same time. Ev e ry children's blastoma had its histopathological feature, but they always contai n ed small neoplastic cells when they were undifferitated, So ,they were also cal led to be small cell malignant tumors. Conclusions children's blastoma is a com mon malignant tumor in childhood, the diagnosis of these tumors are mainly made by clinicopathological analysis.
