摘要
联产承包责任制实行二十多年来 ,对我国农业及整个国民经济的贡献十分巨大。但联产承包责任也有自身无法克服的缺陷 ,因此应进行适当的体制创新。体制创新的有效途径是以农场替代联产承包责任制。考虑到我国人多地少等客观条件 。
The contracted responsibilty system with remuneration linked to output has contributed a lot to China,but it has some defects too.As a low level agricutural run system,it should be reformed.The best way to replace it is farm.But there is still a long way to go.
