摘要
美国金融业的发展方向对世界金融业具有举足轻重的影响。本文通过对美国1 9世纪以来金融发展历程的回顾和展望 ,把美国的金融发展分为三种模式 :1 9世纪模式 ,2 0世纪模式 ,2 1世纪模式。通过对这三种模式的分析 ,提出了我国金融改革与设计应该面向 2 1世纪 ,开放———竞争———稳定将是 2 1世纪中国金融模式的基本特征。
The development trends of American finance have a significant influence on the global finance.Based on the retrospect and prospect to the development course of American finance since 19th century,this article divided the American finance into three models:19th century mode1,20th century model and 21st century model.Through the analysis to the three models,the article points out that China′s finance innovation and device should face the 21st century,and that open,competition and stability would be the basic features of China′s financial model in the 21st century.
