摘要
许多高校在创办科技企业过程中取得了宝贵的经验 ,但同时也遇到了不少阻力和障碍 ,这些阻力则是由一些深层次的基本矛盾引发的。这些基本矛盾不解决 ,高校科技企业就难以向高层次发展。
Many universities have good experience in running scientific and technological enterprises and also have obstacles and problems. These obstacles result from some basic contradictions. Without solving the contradictions, the enterprises of universities can not further develop.
