摘要
对高产菌株黑曲霉I11—N14的产酶、发酵条件以及金属离子和表面活性剂对产酶的影响研究表明,最适发酵条件为:发酵96h、摇床转速240r/min、添加单宁酸2.00%、pH5.5和温度30℃。在培养基中加入适量Mn2+,Sn2+可促进单宁酶的产生。表面活性剂EDTA抑制产酶,而二甲苯和SDS对产酶有一定的刺激作用。
The synthetic curve of producing tannase in Aspergillus niger I 11 —N 14 and the optimum ferment conditions of I 11 —N 14 strain as well as the effects of metal ions and surfactant solutions against tannase production were studied. The results revealed that the optimum ferment conditions were as follows: ferment time 96 hours, rotatory speed 240 r/min, tannin acid 2.00%, pH value 5.5 and temperature 30℃. Mn 2+ and Sn 2+ contained in cultural basement could help to increase tannase production and surfactant EDTA could hold tannase production but dimethybenzene and SDS had certain stimulation of producing tannase.
