摘要
激光光束是一种振幅和等相位面都在变化的高斯球面光波 ,其最小光斑的位置和大小不易确定 ,本文在实践的基础上提出一种测量基模 ( TEM0 0 )激光光斑尺寸的方法 。
An infinitesimal spot can be formed from focused laser beams.The laser spot can be used in laser minitype process,precision measurement,nucleus fusion and high density information memory for it′s large power density and smallness size.The position and the size of the minimized laser spot are difficult to confirm because the laser beam is a Gauss spherical wave which swing and equality phase surface is variety.In this paper,a CCD assistant measuring method about spot size of TEM 00 laser beams are put forward.
