摘要
分析了信息化建设的六大关键要素 :信息技术与信息产业、信息网络建设、信息技术应用、信息资源建设、信息政策和法规建设、信息人才培养环节的发展进程和存在的问题 。
Information technology and industry,the construction of information network,the application of information resources,the construction of information rusources,the making of policy and laws about information,and the training of information personnel are the six key elements of macroscopic regulation of information construction. The process of development,the problems in existence and the countermeasures in information construction are analysed.
