摘要
研究生是学生群体中的较高层次 ,较之本、专科生有其自身的特殊性、复杂性和不易管理性。近年来伴随研究生招生规模的逐年递增 ,研究生的思想教育及管理工作也面临着新的冲击和挑战。始终坚持以提高研究生培养质量、增强研究生综合素质为中心 。
Comparing to undergraduates, postgraduates, at a higher level among students, have their own particularity, complaxity and are not easy to manage. Recently, with the yearly increasing number of postgraduates, their education of thinking and managentment are also facing a kind of new challenge.To focus on improving postgraduates' multiple qualities is the guiding thought to develop postgraduates jobs.
