摘要
当今世界，投资基金已成为全球范围的一种重要的投资工具。在我国，投资基金随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立而出现、发展，并发挥着日益重要的作用。由于我国投资基金起步晚，经验不足，因此目前还存在着许多问题，最为亟待解决的是投资基金的立法和监管问题。
Investment funds have become an important tool for investment in the w orld. In China accompanied with the establishment of the socialist economy, inve stment funds have begun to emerge, develop and play an increasingly significant role. However there are many problems due to immaturity and lack of experience, among which legislation and supervision are the most obvious and urgent ones.
