摘要
一国经济要实现健康发展 ,决不能忽视地区发展不平衡所带来的种种问题。中国作为一个大国 ,更要高度重视地区发展不平衡的矛盾。在促进地区协调发展过程中 ,区域政策是极其重要的 ,而区域政策的严肃性、一贯性和连续性 ,需要运用立法手段来保障。借鉴西方发达国家的成功经验 ,制定相关法律法规 ,促进西部的开发 ,中国经济才能持续、快速、健康地发展。
To ensure the smooth development of the economy of a country, problems stemming from unbalanced regional development can not be overlooked. China, as a big country, should put even greater emphasis on the contradiction of unbalanced regional development. In promoting harmonious development of regional economy, regional policy plays a very important part. And the seriousness, consistency and continuity of regional policy need to be guaranteed through legislative means. Only by drawing on the successful experiences of developed countries and passing relevant laws and regulations and thereby promoting the development of the west can China keep up steady and rapid development of its national economy.
