摘要
目的 :探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇经两种途径用于 10～ 16周过期流产的临床效果。方法 :75例患者分为两组 ,A组37例 ,米非司酮及米索前列醇均口服用药 ;B组 38例 ,米非司酮口服用药 ,米索前列醇阴道用药。结果 :两组临床效果无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,口服用药组有轻微胃肠道反应 ,阴道用药组无明显反应 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :米非司酮配伍米索前列醇经两种途径用于过期流产无显著差异 ,但阴道用药剂量小 ,无副作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mifepristoni combined with misoprostol by different administrations on 10～16 weeks missed abortion. Methods: 75 patients were random divided into two groups group A 37 mifepristoni combined with misoprostol P0 group B 38 mifepristoni P0 combined with misoprostol by vagina. Results: There were no significance between two groups effect(P>0.05), as for side effect, the significance was obvious (14.2% versus 0% P<0.05). Conclusions: Both administrations were effective P0 combined with misoprostol by vagina was more healthful.
