摘要 脂肪酸在人体各种组织占重要的地位,它是细胞膜必不可少的成分.人体中脑组织、视网膜等神经组织的长链多不饱和脂肪酸(主要是DHA和ARA)含量尤为丰富.多项动物及人体试验表明,DHA/ARA是参与调节细胞器官功能的重要前体物质.在人体生长发育的早期,DHA/ARA与神经系统发育、感官的成熟关系尤为密切.[1]
