椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的TCD、SPECT、BAEP分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的诊断。方法 :对 90例临床诊断为椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的病人进行TCD、SPECT、BAEP检查 ,并进行分析这 3种检查的准确性和对此疾病的诊断价值。结果 :90例病人中TCD的阳性率为 71.1% ;SPECT的阳性率为 78.8% ;BAEP的阳性率为 5 0 .8%。结论 :SPECT的阳性率在三者中最高 ,且具有定位的准确性 ,TCD具有简便、无创伤性但定位较差 ;BAEP对于椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的早期诊断以及前庭神经核以后的病变具有相对的准确性。总之在此疾病的诊断中三者互为补充、相辅相成。 Objective: To investigate the signifi cance of TCD SPECT BAEP in diagnosing vertebral-basilar artery ischemia vertigo (VBI). Methods: TCD SPECT BAEP were performed in 90 patients wit h VBI and their accuracy and significance in diagnosing VBI were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of TCD SPECT BAEP were 71.1%, 78.8% and 50.8% respectively. Conclusion: SPECT has the highest positivity. TCD i s characterized by simple and noninvasive nature but low localization accuracy. BAEP is quite effective in early diagnosis of VBI and has a relative high significance in diagnosing the diseases of the post vestibular nerve nucleus. TC D SPECT BAEP are complementary to each other in diagnosing VBI.
