摘要
目的 :探讨阴囊Paget病的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 :总结阴囊Paget病 9例 ,全部行患处活检 ,9例接受手术治疗。结果 :9例患者皮肤病理切片均可见Paget病的典型特征 ,9例获得随访 ,5年和 10年生存率分别为 77.8%和 66.7%。结论 :阴囊Paget病尽早行皮肤活检确诊并常规行全身系统检查。根治手术效果好 ,预后满意。对局部复发病例可行
Objective: To study the clinical features and the treatment of Paget's disease involving the scrotum. Methods: 9 cases were diagonsed by pathology and underwent surgical treatment. Results: Typical pathological features had been observed in all.9 cases have been successfully followed up. T he 5 year and 10 yrar survival rates were 77.8% and 66.7% respectively. Conclusion: The disease might be confused with benign dermatosis and therefore dermato biopsy should be undertaken as early as possible in suspected cases. Thorough ph ysical examination is essential as some of the cases were complicated by epithel ial malignancy of the adjacent tissues or distant organs. Radical excision may be effective with good prognosis.
